How long before i receive my item?

In stock Items will be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being received in our system. Out of stock items will be dispatched within 24 hours of delivery from our suppliers. All items are physically checked before being packaged for dispatch.

Do the complete bikes come fully assembled or as component parts? All bikes are despatched partially assembled for postage and practical reasons. Normally a BMX will be contained within one large box, with the front wheel and pedals removed and with the handlebars turned down. Full assembly instructions are contained within the package or as an alternative the bike can be assembled by our in store mechanic for collection from the store. Our mechanics are Cytech qualified and work to industry recognised standards.

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders are usually despatched within 24 hours if they are held as a current stock item. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly by email or telephone on the details you have provided and advise you of any likely delay. If an item is out of stock we will obtain a delivery quote from our suppliers and despatch the same day as we accept delivery. This process is usually between 1 and 4 working days.

How do i receive updates and special offers?

Register your details and sign up with us and we will keep you posted on all seasonal deals and sale items that are on offer. We hope to offer excellent value for money wherever possible and value your custom.

I am a developing rider, will you sponsor me?

We are always looking for new talent within the sport of BMX to assemble our Generation team. Send us a dvd or you tube link and we will take a look at your style and ability. If we sponsor you we will provide beneficial price discounts as well as some free items for you to enjoy.

Will you build me a custom BMX?

We offer service where the customer supplies and buys a list of components from the site and we will assemble the bike for you. The bikes will only be partially assembled as is the case with all web orders.

Will you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all items overseas but will quote for delivery on receipt of your enquiry. Shipping costs can vary and we strive to get the most competitive and reliable service for our customers.
