Ordering Info

Although we carry stock of most items on the site, there will be occasions when we sell out and request new stock from our suppliers. Under these circumstances, we will contact you by email or telephone within 24 hours of your order being placed to advise you of a delay. If a similar item is available, and in stock, we will offer you that alternative as an option.

If part of a multiple order is out of stock, we will ship the available item to you within our normal lead time, whilst the balance of the order will be shipped promptly once we receive it in stock at no further cost to you, the customer.

We accept orders over the telephone, during office/store opening hours (9.00am - 5.30 pm) or by using the automated shopping process on our website www.generationbmx.com.

Payment details

We accept the following methods of payment through the website

Visa, MasterCard,Switch,Maestro,Solo

We also accept PAYPAL as a means of payment and if this method is selected, we will send an invoice within 24 hours of receiving your order. Goods will be shipped once this invoice has been paid in full.

We also accept cheques and Postal Orders for mail order purchases (please allow 7-10 days for cheques to clear) before orders are sent out.

Postage and shipping Costs

All prices quoted are inclusive of V.A.T at the standard rate of 17.5%

Orders placed for delivery within the mainland UK and over £99 in value will be delivered free of charge. Orders under £99, will be charged at cost and sent via the most cost effective and reliable method i.e first class post or parcelforce. In all cases, only actual postage charges will be passed on to you the customer.

Postage costs outside of the UK will be confirmed by email shortly after we receive your order or enquiry. You can also call the store to obtain an actual shipping cost during the hours of 9 am to 5.30 pm GMT, Monday to Saturday.

Price Matching

Although we endeavour to keep our prices up to date and competitive, we will also match the price of any identical item found elsewhere as long as the following circumstances are considered

•  The product is identical in every way including colour, size, finish etc.
•  The product in question is not subject to a seasonal reduction or sale
•  The item includes delivery charges

Returning faulty or damaged goods

We take pride in making sure that we deal in quality, branded merchandise at Generation bmx and items are inspected before despatch to our customers. However, if a product is found to be faulty or in sub standard condition, it should be returned by post to our shop address. The item must be in the original, unopened, packaging and be received in the store within 14 days of the purchase date. Please contact the store by telephoneor email before dispatching anything back to us so we can supply a returns reference and ensure it is inspected and dealt with promptly on receipt of delivery.
